Hiltra® Batterybox S1 FOR LITHIUM ION BATTERIES
This LogBatt box is designed for the (temporary) storage and transportation of defective or damaged lithium ion batteries.
The BOX IS TESTED AND APPROVED FOR ADR 2023 P911.
Developed in accordance with the latest Dangerous Goods Regulations (ADR 2023, P911) from the BAM Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing.

Proven by real fire tests:
- No flame formation and no projectiles escaping in case of damage.
- Perfect thermal insulation <100 °C on the outer jacket when damaged.
- Gas management system (for all box variants) .
- Fume gas exhaust only through a filter system and exhaust through defined openings and filtration of hydrogen fluoride (HF).
The boxes have different areas of application:
- Electrical tools: construction and gardening tools
- Consumer electronics: home electronics, model making
- E-mobility: e-bikes, e-scooters and more .
Other features:
- No limitations due to partitions, allowing high flexibility in battery sizes.
- Fast packing with the 2 included 2 cushions (LogBAGs). Without the cushions, certification is void !
- Smokeproof lid.
- The Safety BATTbox S-1 can be used as transport and (temporary) storage box.
- X-coded packaging (also suitable for use according to SV310 or SV376 ADR 2023)
- Leakage management for possible electrolyte leakage.
