HILTRA® F90 LABSAVER® Li-ion Series (LOADS):

This fire safety cabinet complies with European standard EN 14470-1/2004, fire resistance 90 minutes. Applicable within PGS 15/Version 1.1 (Sept. 2016) Regulation 3.3. The design is specifically adapted for charging lithium-ion batteries and has passive and active monitoring of the cabinet contents with a special extinguishing cartridge for extinguishing Li-Ion battery fires, an F90 emergency pressure relief hatch with special filter (see below) in the roof surface.

 Certification/Fireproofing cabinet:

• Fire resistance 90 minutes determined according to European Standard (NEN-)EN 14470-1/2004 by the accredited testing institute MPA Dresden.
• Fire resistance tested from the inside at the Battery University in Karlstein.
• Electrical configuration tested and certified in accordance with EN 3140. 

Casing: 

• Cabinet body and door made of zincor steel and powder coated optionally in: 
• RAL 7035/light gray or (optional)- RAL 1007/narcissus yellow or Cabinet body RAL 7035 and door(s) in RAL 1007. Other colors on request.
• Fire-resistant insulation package manufactured from non-combustible, environmentally friendly materials finished with a white impact and scratch-resistant HPL top coat. 
• Cabinet interior potential-free grounded to ground connection point on the cabinet roof.
• Standardly equipped with freely accessible adjustable feet ± 20 mm for leveling the cabinet. 

Door:

• Front equipped with single or double self-closing wing door with handle placed at ergonomic height. Each door (wing) lockable by means of a cylinder lock (incl. 2 keys).
• Door rebate equipped with fire sealing strips, so that the door rebate is hermetically sealed in case of fire.

Thermal Door Locking:

• Door Locking: The door(s) self-closing by means of a mechanical door closer.
  

F90 Emergency pressure hatch in the cabinet roof equipped with:

• A fire-resistant grille that closes automatically in the event of a fire. 
• Special filter to prevent emission of burning li-ion particles from the cabinet. 
• Emergency hatch covered with a cover cap with a Ø 125 mm flange for connection to an outside air vent.

Fixture:

• Bottom plate in steel, powder coated RAL 7035/light gray.
• Side walls of the cabinet fitted with steel, powder-coated shelf fixing plate with hook-in grid 50 mm for height adjustment of the shelves. 
• Four (4) removable, galvanized and double PE coated grid shelves, mesh 35 x 35 mm, in RAL 7032/pebble gray.
• Layboards loadable up to 110 kg with evenly distributed load. 

Charging device 230V:

• 230V-1F-50Hz/13A - 12 charging slots.
• Three outlets à 4 charging places for chargers with LED on/off switch on top 3 layers.
• Bus cartridge incl. fire alarm with alarm door contact, contact switch(s) on door and siren/flashlight on roof surface for local alarm.
• Ventilator for heat dissipation

• E distribution box on side wall incl. circuit breaker. 230V version with grounding type plug.

Charging device 400V:

• 400V-3F-50Hz/13A - 24 charging slots.
• Four sockets à 6 charging locations for chargers with LED on/off switch on top 4 layers.
• Bus pattern incl. fire alarm with alarm door contact, contact switch(s) on door and siren/flashlight on roof surface for local alarm.
• Ventilator for heat dissipation

• E-distribution box on side wall incl. circuit breaker, v.v. CE plug 400V (red).

• Executed in the back wall with an integrated ventilation channel with flange connection Ø 80 x H 65 mm on the cabinet roof for the purpose of the fan.
• Air vent executed with fire damper that closes automatically in case of fire. 

Hazard designation:

• Hazard designation by means of the type label prescribed in EN 14470-1 with pictograms, symbol: "smoking and naked flame prohibited" and "flammable substances" and "ADR 9/batteries".
