Delivery of webshop orders
Your order will be, after receipt of your payment, delivered within the
specified, expected delivery time. Please refer to the order confirmation that you
received by email (PDF).
If Hiltra takes care of the shipment, this can be unloaded or discharged. This is stated per item on both the Quotation (if made) and the Order Confirmation.
If unloaded: The article is unloaded with a tailgate, pump truck or crane (containers), directly next to the lorry. The unloading point must be level and paved and accessible by truck via a suitable paved road. Installation is not included; you must take care of this yourself. If unloaded: The article will not be unloaded. This means that you have to take care of unloading the article yourself. You must use suitable material for this. In all situations moving in and/or placing is not included and can only be done after consultation.

When unloading with a so-called 'Kooiaap'
(truck-lift truck) you should take into account that the truck combination must be able to reach the site. Such a combination has a length of 13,5 meter (undivided).If unloaded: The article will not be unloaded. This means that you have to take care of unloading the article yourself. Freight costs:
The freight costs calculated in the confirmation/proforma invoice for delivery in Zeeuws Vlaanderen and on the Wadden Islands include a surcharge. These freight costs are subject to change and may change after delivery. You can always ask for the current rates in advance.
