Design/fireproofing:
- The composite structure has been assessed by the accredited testing institute Efectis & Reg.
- Efectis brandwerendheidsrapport: 94-CVB-R1178/2009-Efectis-R0834(Rev.1)/2010-Efectis-R1117-S.
- Designed as an independent fire compartment for the storage of packaged hazardous substances based on the Buildings Decree and the guideline PGS 15: 2016 version 1.0.
- Fire resistance (WBDBO) 60 minutes determined in case of a fire from outside and a fire from the inside on all criteria of PGS 15:2016 version 1.0, regulation 3.2.9.
Casing (walls, roof and door):
- Casing made of galvanized sheet piling
- Inside made of non-flammable and insulating material finished with galvanized sheet.
- Standard equipped with a freestanding pallet jack with a load capacity of 850 kg / m² evenly loaded.
- Double door according to EN 1634-1:2008 (EI160):
- Right hand door leaf fitted with a handle, panic bar, cylinder lock and door closer including automatic Thermolock fire door closing mechanism.Left door leaf on the inside fitted with espagnolette lock and door closer including automatic Thermolock fire door closing mechanism.
- Door rebate areas are fitted with foam sealing strips so that they automatically seal in the event of a fire.
Drip tray:
- Tightly welded drip tray made of steel plate with galvanised grid floor segments.
- Conservation: degreased and varnished with an 80 µm two-component zinc phosphate coating in RAL 7040/window grey.
Vents:
- Breathing and de-aerating through interior and exterior diametrically opposed air outlets finished with galvanised louvres
- Standard fitted with flame retardant mesh and fire resistant grilles so that they are automatically closed in the event of fire.
Designation of the hazard:
- Danger signs by means of pictograms in accordance with PGS 15, Ø and/or ? 200 mm, symbol: "flammable (liquid) substances" and "fire, naked flame and smoking prohibited"
structural options:
- Option A1: exterior, with the exception of the roof top, finished with a 2K polyurethane coating in the standard colour: RAL 3020/ traffic red, RAL 5010/ gentian blue, RAL 6002/loof green, RAL 7035/light grey or RAL 9001/cream white
- Option A2: exterior, except the top of the roof, painted with a 2K polyurethane coating in a non-standard RAL color (except traffic, luminous and metallic colors).
- Option B: exterior, except the top of the roof, painted with a 2K polyurethane coating in a non-standard RAL color.
- Option B: drip tray SA2.5 blasted and preserved with a 100 µm Acraton zinc phosphate epoxy coating in color RAL 7005/mouse gray. If the storage facility is placed outside or in a humid environment, this option is highly recommended.
- Option F: flange ØxH=80x40 mm mounted in the roof or side panel for connecting a ventilation duct to the outside.
- Optional G: drip tray additionally fitted on the inside with a reinforced, fibreglass-reinforced polyester lining to protect the drip tray(s) against the action of chemicals. Resistance list on request.
- Optional J: galvanized grid floor segments on the pallet yoke.
